2026 VAHCDO Legal and Policy Seminar

December 3rd and 4th at the Omni Richmond Hotel

Please join us in Richmond December 3rd and 4th for the premier Virginia Legal & Policy Seminar.  This annual event brings together housing authority and affordable housing and program providers, Executive Directors, senior staff, commissioners and attorneys working in and with affordable housing across the Commonwealth, for the latest federal and state legislative activity, news, and policy updates. 

Attorneys earn CLE credits. 

Exclusive this year, VAHCDO will be providing an added Procurement Training on Thursday afternoon, from 1:00 to 3:00 pm.

There will be a VAHCDO Membership and Board Meeting directly following the procurement training, from 3:00 to 4:00 pm.  All Executive Directors are asked to attend or provide a proxy to vote on updates to VAHCDO By-laws and nominees for Lifetime Membership and Distinguished Service awards.
